We support a number of charities that help people with site problems across the globe by collecting unneeded glasses from our patients for the charities listed below. When our patients need a new prescription or a change of style we encourage them to bring in their old glasses to support this good cause. So if you have a pair of old specs lying around, why not pop in store today and leave your glasses for someone who could make good use of them? You'll find collection bins located in store.

Vision Aid Overseas is a UK charity dedicated to helping people in the developing world whose lives are affected by poor eye sight, particularly in cases where glasses can help.

The Kodak Lens Second Sight Project also supports Vision Aid Overseas and involves you donating old specs and just £1.

The Lions Club International runs the SightFirst Program which aims to battle preventable blindness across the world.
